A woman of beauty and intelligence, Jennifer Zhou (@jen.zhou) is a TV host, model, and KOL making her mark across Hong Kong’s fashion, entertainment, and media industries.
An alumna of Columbia University’s Journalism School (MA), the University of Southern California’s Film School and Marshall School of Business (BA), and Hong Kong International School (HKIS), Jennifer has a passion for acting and an instinct for business. Her career has spanned a wide spectrum from teen actor and model to finance professional at a global investment bank.
A former Miss Hong Kong 2023 finalist, Jennifer has built a dynamic career in the spotlight appearing in major advertising campaigns and reality television, and becoming a familiar face across Hong Kong. With her international background, media experience, and confident presence, Jennifer represents the modern Hong Kong woman: graceful, accomplished, and ready to embrace the world stage.
In November, she will represent Hong Kong at the 75th Miss Universe competition in Puerto Rico, competing alongside delegates from over 120 countries.

“Lizzie Li, also known as Shiyi Li, is the winner of Miss Universe Hong Kong 2025. Originally from Hong Kong, Lizzie has a background in investment banking and graduated from University of California, Los Angeles, where she developed her passion for STEM education and women empowerment.
Inspired by strong female leaders such as Christine Lagarde, Lizzie founded a Women in STEM initiative during her university years to encourage young women to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. She is also passionate about film and storytelling, having worked on creative projects in China’s film industry before returning to finance.
Through her journey, Lizzie hopes to use the Miss Universe platform to inspire confidence, break stereotypes, and advocate for greater opportunities for women across all industries while proudly representing Hong Kong on the international stage.”
Joanne Josephine Rhodes

Joanne Josephine Rhodes was crowned Miss Universe Hong Kong 2024, marking Hong Kong’s return to the Miss Universe stage after a 23-year hiatus. At 24 years old, she is an art advisor and model with a strong passion for the arts, culture, and creative expression.
As Miss Universe Hong Kong 2024, Joanne represented Hong Kong at the 73rd Miss Universe competition held in Mexico, where she proudly carried the city’s name back onto the international stage. Throughout her reign, she has been recognized for her elegance, intelligence, and dedication to promoting Hong Kong’s identity and presence in the global pageant community.

Phoebe Chu has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment and event industry, with expertise in talent management, event and film production, administration, television hosting, and pageantry.
Pageant & Professional Experience
Phoebe currently serves as the National Director of Miss Universe Hong Kong. She has also served as a National Director, judge, and project director for Miss Universe, with experience in pageant management, event production, talent development, and contestant coordination.
Her professional services include talent management, celebrity endorsements, event planning, and emcee services.
With her extensive industry experience and passion for pageantry, Phoebe is committed to supporting and developing new talent through Miss Universe Hong Kong.
